I love you far beneath
the reaches of the night, huddled beneath the far reaching influence of yours, that scrabbles at the edges of your existence,- to grab me and to hold me, and to wrestle with my heart, forcing me to look upon your eyes again, lodged in my memory with their dark silhouettes that are all encompassing. Struggling up the slopes of your love, trying to make my way out. |

Influenced by some of Pablo Neruda's work. Had read "If You Forget Me" "Saddest Poem" "XVII I do Not love you" before it.
- passive influence
--> Wasn't really satisfied with the title, dwelled upon it for a bit, decided this was good enough for now.
--> originally titled it "Struggling Up the Slopes Of Your Love" or "Slopes of your Love" but I think the first time reader shouldn't have that.
