THE DREAM THAT IS YOU

I don't want to wake up from the dream that is you.
Every moment is a night time.
Every breath is another story.
Every step another adventure.

Others might say there are so many people in the world
but to me there is only one that matters.
To me there is only you.
My eyes won't swivel the other way,
only the direction where you are.

Even when I look in the other direction,
you are in the corner of my eye.
Even when you are not with me,
my eyes still see you.

Others might say that I should spend more time
thinking about other things.
but I don't want to wake up
from the dream that is you.
