I AM A TIGER IN A CAGE

I am a tiger in a cage
And my cage is the world.
I lay stretched out claw to claw
And the world is 1000 times bigger than me
But still I feel the cage is too small.
I fight lions bigger than me, and I lose
But still I feel like there is no opponent worthy of me.
The opportunities are insufficient, the challenges not enough.
What people don't understand is that I am more
than this brilliant brain
and this nimble, athletic body
I am a tiger in a cage.
