The day she cancelled going to the play with me for our birthday (after it was rescheduled twice already and she had disappeared for 6 weeks) she did not answer her phone all evening, though she had the evening off.
I thought she was disappearing on me again (that she was afraid we were being too "committed" couple like), but she had just fallen asleep around 7:00 PM.
