You say I'm crazy as you see me |
dancing alone in the lawn with my clothes off, |
but in my mind I'm merely walking on the clouds |
with you, as angels. |
And though my hair is sheerly unkept, |
in my mind it's only because your fingers are still in it. |
And though these strange motions are reminiscient of a rain dance, |
they are merely the product of tears of joy. |
And though you accuse me of letting go of what's real, |
I'm just embracing my feelings more deeply. |
And nothing's more real than my feelings. |
