Instructional:
Environmental Studies programs such as Ornithology, Ecology,
Biology, Chemistry, Populations, Environmental History, and
Environmental Ethics have allowed me to build upon my awareness of
ongoing environmental plights.
While, with Computer Information Systems I have been allowed to
share my environmental concerns in a time of technology.
Work with GIS data collection is my major area of interest in
this field but, I enjoy web page development for my creative reasons.
Sample work with the Loon Watch program at the Sigurd Olson
Institute in Ashland, WI and personal pages have continued my
growth & experience in web page development and programming.
My major senior projects at Northland included a study on the
Chequamegon National Forest Planning Revision, and the return of Bald
Eagles and Peregrine Falcons to the Midwest, as well as many other
ecologically impacting current affairs.

Ect. One of the things that I treasure most in my spare time is bird watching (in particular, eagle watching.) I continue with observations on the Baraboo Hills flyway and the impacts of local nesting sites verses rural development. Other hobbies of mine include Medieval recreation and genealogy. I also have a deep interest and respect for the native cultures of Wisconsin and in the history of the land I work with. I run my own web groups and demonstrate my talents in art and poetry with a personal flare; I find that there is great healing through nature and inspiration that can be shared with the world. I write constantly on my experiences in nature and love to take pictures to those words that flow from nature in pursuit of my overall visions towards the future.
