For Steve and Peter

On September 4th and again on the 8th

Australia lost two icons to the cruel hands of fate

Their deaths were such a shock

and in tribute people together would flock

To mourn these two men so loved by all

and raise their voices to Heaven, God please here the call

Let them be playing up there doing what they do best,

Peter driving his car

and Steve clutching a croc to his chest

And most importantly we ask the man up above

 let them be our angels... watching over us with  love.
