A Star was born in Bethlehem
His name is Jesus Christ
First a baby, then a man
Strong and filled with might
He was born with awesome power
The devil could not withstand
That power came from God on high
And it made Him more than a man
The wise men came to see him
But not many were around
The night that Mary gave birth
To a Star, in Bethlehem town
