No one knows the pain I'm in
Or where my heart has been
The broken promises
And broken dreams I've seen
Or the earth shattering reality
That I face each day
Knowing that you left me
Here alone this way
Such a sweet heart I bare
And no one really has seen my tears
Just me putting on a smile
Like I always do
But inside my heart is split in two
Yet, I take each day in stride
And put my pain aside so we can be friends
Only for us both to get hurt again
I only hope that one day
This will all come to a conclusion
And we can end this confusion
So that both of our hearts will finally
See that you belong right here with me
