Sleeping With You

Sleeping with you is the highlight of my night. As you lie there so quiet and dear. I love to caress your hairy chest and put my arm across your shoulder and hold you near. As you lie sleeping I look upon your handsome face and hope you can feel my love seeping into your dreams and into your soul. I hope my touch is creating contentment and peace, quietly as you sleep. I hope you can hear me whisper "I love you" and you know that it is true. Sleeping with you is my time when I stay awake just to gaze upon you and slide my fingers across your hair, so gently so, hoping you feel the warmth of my body next to yours, and hoping that you truly belong to me in your heart. As I hold you so close in my arms I am hoping that this time around we can find the treasure we lost so long ago. I hope that tomorrow our love will grow stronger and that we can discover that buried treasure once more, again tonight. Upon awakening I wonder if you will wonder who the angel was that came to you as you slept and gently brushed a kiss upon your lips. After breakfast, as you leave me for the day, I hope you will feel an angel's spirit surrounding you with love, until you return to me again and return to my bed, into my arms, to sleep with me again because sleeping with you is the highlight of my life.
