Constellation of Life
There is a place far away
light years from earth
A serene passage
where death turns into birth...
~~~
...and the dark of the night
into the aurora of the morn
Unexplainable happenings
New stars are born
~~~
I gaze at the sun's corona
Our galaxy's nourishing sphere
A sight of miracles
A grand finale in solar flare
~~~
Reminiscent of your own Luna
A spirit in full phase
With powers of a black hole
and a Nebula's intangible haze
~~~
Your bodily existence faded
but never the shades of your essence
Now you are your own constellation
with it's stars and luminescence
~~~
I am a watcher of the stars
and each one is a part of you
When I am looking at the starry sky
it is your beauty I view
~~~
I know you will be waiting
by the Belt of Orion
Far beyond Heaven
An intergallactic Zion
~~~
If ever I go astray
in this dark and eternal night
It will lead my way
your aura, it's shimmering light
~~~
Life on earth
is a precious but fleeting loan
In the Milky Way
each star has perpetual life of it's own
~~~
When it is time for my nightfall
When I am going on this journey too
How magnificent,
to watch the stars along with you.
