Tale of Woe
~~~~~~~~~~~~
The poetess' words written carefully...
In her eyes there is a hidden glow
Her heart is bleeding tears of sorrow
She is the author of the tale of woe
The soul is bruised and wounded
But can there be wisdom without scars?
Would there be a sky or heaven
if there were not any stars?
How can the wind ever be playing
among the swirling leaves in an autumn rain,
if the landscape had not been dying,
and sacrified in terribly fading pain?
A heart can be extremely broken,
crying of what it could not sustain
But nothing can be compared to
the feeling of healing again
Courage is the foundation of my bridges
Hesitation the streaming river below
But I am keeping my head above water
and will never write another tale of woe.
