What a sad and lonely world this would be, if we didn't have our family pets. I know I would be lost without mine. They are such good company. I have had to add another "Pet Page" as this last December (2005), my son gave me a most treasured gift...my dream puppy!
He is a Shetland Sheepdog (Sheltie). I have named him "Little Sir Broderick", but call him "Brody" for short. He is a very hyper puppy! However, he is learning to behave quite nicely.
Brody was only 4 pounds 4 ounces when I got him! Such a tiny mite! He is now close to 25 pounds at 6 months old. He and Hydra (my sweet kitty cat) are such good pals..all though there are times when she just does NOT want to be bothered by this silly canine! (except when Brody cleans her ears for her..that she loves!)
You will see many more photos of Hydra and also my cockatiel, Noah in my first family pets album. Oh, and I can't forget to mention Bear! He is my sons cat who just loves to visit grandmas house!!
You will find photos of him scattered throughout this album also. This album just wouldn't be complete without the family pets. They warm you when you're cold, and snuggle when you are lonely. They also bring hours of laughter, as they are always up to something they shouldn't be. Definitely child-like. :) Just click on the photos for a full size view.

"LITTLE SIR BRODERICK"
This is my baby! He has such a loving personality!

Aww, a sweet little kiss!
Hydra and Brody really DO like each other.

Hey Brody, what do you have??,
Wanna share?

A meal to be shared!
Yes, Brody you MUST share!

Aww...isn't he adorable???

I know you're back there,
so leave my tail alone!

What kind of critter did you say you are?
You smell funny.

Shh! I'm hiding from that shaggy animal,
Please don't tell on me.

Did you say SMILE???
Wanna shake hands instead?

What a busy day for such a little guy!!
Sweet Dreams! Nitey Night!
