a ray of love among those flowers of hate

If I could I'd surely move away
to another land of warmth and beauty
and if we brought another to that place

You'll grow up and go to school
dressed up in leather or lace
but don't be fooled by the foolish, Emily Grace

Many men will come to take you away
hungry for your manner and your beauty
And if some day you're off without a trace
