Was it kinda rough today, no matter where you went?
Did it seem like you weren't even able to make a dent
In the wall that stands between you and success,
And everything in your life just seems to be a mess?
Does it seem, wherever you look, that evil fills the air,
And everyone has so much sorrow and despair?
Does the news about child abuse and lust
Make you feel that the courts today are unjust?
When someone important gets freedom He demanded
Even though the Evil one was caught red handed?
Does it annoy you when someone caught in the trap
Uses illegal funds to quickly beat the rap?
When an unsaved Soul treats life with disdain,
And all that matters is illegal gain,
When whatever you see and all you observe
Shows that people don't get what they really deserve,
These things that bother you cannot be changed,
Lawbreakers lives cannot be rearranged.
When Hunger and Famine are throughout the world,
And threats from Nation to Nation are hurled,
When there is just nothing anyone can do,
It's because the words in the Bible are true.
All of Nature is getting ready and in tune,
Pointing out that Jesus is coming soon.
Then we shall rise to meet Him in the air,
Let 'em destroy each other - we won't care,
We'll be gone from this World, our Souls forever free,
We'll be in Heaven with Jesus for all Eternity.
