Boy, that's when you're susceptible, and I can't tell you why, for this character called "Trouble" is a most unpredictable guy. He sneaks up on you unawares, He happens at your door, He gives you more than you can stand, then adds a little more.
It seems His whole life's ambition is to hand out misery. He's not stingy with his efforts and does His job with glee. He feels that He is successful if He makes you shed a tear, or spread a little gloom around to the people you come near.
But there's one thing you should know if you want to see Him leave: Don't let your sorrow show, and don't let Him see you grieve. There's only one way to defeat trouble however He should appear, whether it's shame, sorrow or pain, loneliness, anger or fear.
If you wear a smile on your face, whistle or hum a tune, look at things on the bright side, be cheerful and gay, and soon - things will again seem normal and the cheerfulness and smile you wore will make the people who know you admire you all the more.
(Most important, you'll have defeated Trouble and strengthened yourself all the while, made others value your friendship, because you remembered how to smile.)
