My Darling
You came back into my life
after many years.
I was so alone.
You took my hand and kissed my lips,
and made me whole again.
We have been to hell and back together,
but, I find heaven in your arms.
That's where I belong.

We vowed many years ago
"till death do us part".
You still have my heart.
You came back and rescued me
from many disasters
that could have befallen me.
You support me well,
and cared when I was ill.
You cared that I was alone.

You give me a reason for living
when I take care of you.
I will never leave you,
no matter what you do.
Just hold me again, then I am
re-freshed to face a new day.

When you come home to me each day
my heart still skips a beat.
When I look upon your face,
I still feel that same old fire.
You are a part of me.
You will always be,
a special man to me.
My husband,
my lover,
my friend.
