LIFE'S GOSSAMER
As the gossamer flight softy goes...
I tell the stars my secrets no one knows.
In the evening's twilight's first star...
I search the heavens looking very far.
My thoughts and feelings flash back and forth.
Wondering now what my life is worth.
I'm very curious as to where it all ends.
And wondering if I will be missed by my friends.
The tears I shed ebbs and flows.
My spirit senses and it knows.
The time is near and drawing nigh...
When it comes time for me to die.
The mark I make in the universe...
Is only my verse.
My stories are short and to the point...
And in a way, your world, I did anoit.
