End of Time
Three wise men did come
The curse began to lift
The one in many some-
Day could close the rift
Hours pass in rows of eight
The thirst for life one cannot sate
I can't give up it's not too late
It won't continue at this rate
Three blind --are we-- mice
--Or are we men--
For now it has to suffice
To say that we are sent
Sent to use this time to
Learn and hope to grow
Up with all the things we know
When we die where will we go
Three-In-One --or naught at all-- is He
Is now, and has been, just as He will be
When life-lust ends we hope to see
Hope that He will set us free
Is it truth or simple lies
Does life continue when one dies
Do we just end with our point of view
All that we've done, all that we knew
Who's to say the past existed
It's only books that have insisted
Only places times and people listed
I never knew them so were they real?
Time may have begun with me all alone
History's a sham, just a bunch of bones
This may all end at the time when I shall die
When nothing shall be seen through my own eyes
No point of view to see life's rise and fall
Who can say it ever happened at all
Don't try to prove it anymore
Who would you do it for
If you don't believe this thinking
Then tell me why you feel you're sinking
Is it that hard to comprehend
No more life, death is life's end
Not just for you but all you've seen
Just like waking up from a night-time dream
The dream world won't without a host survive
Nor can this place remain without you alive
This is how the world might end
Or will it go on... forever...
