“The White” I inherited, if you will, after Saruman was defeated.
Do you have any siblings?: I should
say not.
What are their names?: Must I be
forced to answer such pointlessness?
If you could choose anyone to rule the world who would you
choose?: Ilúvatar
Do you talk to voices in your head?:
Of course.
Do they tell you to do stuff?: Yes
Do you listen?: Usually
Have you ever loved anyone?: I have
been quite fond of many beings in my years, among them the eight warriors who
set out from Rivendell near two years ago and one Bilbo Baggins…
Who is your best female friend?: I have few
friends, and none of them are female.
Who is your best male friend?: Bilbo
Baggins. I have known him for over a
century now.
Have you ever broken any bones?: Never.
If so, which ones?: I warn you
once again…do not tempt me to take action…
Do you always get in trouble? With who?:
Rarely. Few beings exist who would
dare to challenge me in any fashion.
Do you have any hobbies?: I enjoy
creating my own special fireworks.
What is your favorite color?: White.
What are your favorite smells?: I would
describe them, but your mind could not even begin to imagine the smells I have
smelled…
Do Balrogs have wings?: yes.
If
so, why didn’t it just fly over you and attack the Fellowship?:
Because I stood in its path. That
was the entire purpose of my remaining on the bridge!
Also, if
so, why didn’t if just fly up when it fell?: A Balrog
is so large that, while it can fly, it can fly only short distances and at low
heights. It could not possibly have
reversed its direction while falling.
And, of course, the fact that it was rather busy fighting off a wizard
could have had something to do with it.

I rarely get into trouble.

does not require trimming.
