Fat/skinny?: I am actually rather trim for a
hobbit, though I would be considered quite stout for a man...or, say, an elf.
Tall/short?: Very tall - at least, for a hobbit
Were you named after anyone?: No, I am Peregrin the first.
Do you have any siblings?: Yes
What are their names?:
If you could choose anyone to rule the world who would you
choose?: Ara- I mean, King Elessar, of course!
Do you talk to voices in your head?:
No, though I do
talk to myself frequently.
Do they tell you to do stuff?: I often tell myself to do things,
yes.
Do you listen?: Generally.
Have you ever loved anyone?: My wife, Diamond.
Have you ever broken any bones?: A few, when that thrice-cursed troll
fell on me during the battle at the Black Gate.
If so, which ones?: Two ribs and my left leg, as well
as a good knot on my skull.
Do you always get in trouble? With who?: Yes – my pa used to say that Ma
must’ve eaten a trouble weed while carrying me...and I spent a good part of my
childhood trying to find a trouble weed...
Do/did you get along with your parents?:
I did, yes.
Who is your best female friend?: I should say my wife, Diamond.
Who is your best male friend?: Oh, this is easy! Merry Brandybuck.
What do you do most often when you are bored?: Wander around the woods, looking for
mushrooms. Or go visit Merry at Brandy
Hall. Or make trouble.
What are your favorite smells?: Mushrooms cooking!
Have you ever dreamed about a giant white rabbit who ate
your mushrooms?: Never a white rabbit. Cave trolls, on the other hand…

bring?: That’s hard! I’d
bring my Diamond along, of course, but I couldn’t very well take Merry without

My sword, for
one. Lots of food, for
another. And my elven cloak.
...what island would you want to be stranded on?: I don’t suppose it would really matter, as long as there weren’t any
orcs.

Whatever I could
find a lot of!

How would that help
me?
...would you panic or relax?: Relax-somebody would surely come
along to save me eventually.

Winter or summer?: Winter, so I have an excuse to laze
about by the fire with elevenses and my pipe.
The beach or the mountains?: Neither. I prefer the rolling hills
of the Shire.
Day or night?: Day, with bright sunshine and puffy
clouds rolling along in the breeze.
