SHE IS GONE
My Name is Marie

My Mother died 12/25/80

I never will forget the night she died. I thought of a poem. I have no idea who the author is. I remember reading it time and time again all night long reading it helped me so much and I hope that it will help you or someone you know the way it helped me. Every time I read it, I could picture in my mind her mother and father waiting on the shore on the other side watching her coming in. And all our other loved ones that have gone on before her waiting there also. So happy to be seeing her again. I know she will be standing on that shore one day watching her children and loved ones come into Heavens shore.

May God Bless You And Yours Always...

~ SHE IS GONE ~

I am standing on the seashore,
A ship spreads her sails to the morning Breeze,
And starts for the ocean,
I stand watching her, until she fades on the horizon,
And someone at my side says,
"She is gone ! "
"Gone where?
"The loss of sight is in me,
Not in her.
Just at the moment when someone says",
"She is gone".
There are others, Who are watching her coming.
Other voices take up the glad shout,
"Here she comes!"
"And That Is Dying"
