difficult to do?

What is it like 
when your 
lips are dying 
to utter the words
That would 
truly describe 
what you are feeling
But yet the 
numbness from
 the past hurt 
is still eminent?

What is it like 
when you know 
exactly what 
you feel
And you have 
all the words you 
wanted to yell out loud
But yet you 
remain lock and 
the words 
are left unsaid?

Can we avoid 
the pain of 
the aftermath 
of not being free?
Would frustration 
sits in 
when we’re 
press for time
And one of us 
really need 
to hear the words?
