Billie Joe

    Billie Joe is a courageous orphan. He once lived a normal life until a fire destroyed his village. Billie Joe wandered and wandered. Then one by one, he met different children just like him and they followed him around. One day, an oracle gave Billie Joe and his gang eight shiny gems for one each and gave them a mission. Now, Billie Joe and crew are heading for home.

Michiko

Age: 12

    Michiko is a lovely run-away. She ran away from the abuse of her brother. The girl has been wandering for months now. Billie Joe found Michiko and invited her to follow him. She agreed and did so. Michiko is Billie Joe's crush.

Cole

Age: 8

    Cole is a lost boy. His family left him behind by accident. Cole's been wandering around since. Billie Joe found the boy in an oasis. Cole decided to follow him for help. He is a little sweetheart!

Sui:

Age: 10

    Sui is a quiet girl. She has had a rough life as well. That is why she stays close to Yuichi. She even has a crush on him. Yuichi and Sui talk in private together most of the time.

Gina:

Age: 9

    Gina is the bubbly crybaby. She is close to Howie. Gina cries and whines like crazy. So much that the group tries to leave her behind. But she still manages to catch them. Gina later toughens up to survive.

Yuichi:

Age: 10

    Yuichi is a young rebel. He gets into many fights. Mainly with Billie Joe. The boy misunderstood. Yuichi had a harsh life. Then he ran away. Sui is the only one who understands him.

Tasuku:

Age: 11

    Tasuku is the prankster. He is always pulling pranks on the group. The others find it annoying. But Tasuku's just trying to lift up their spirits. He may seem immature now, but he later grows up as the series goes on.

Howie

Age: 9

    Howie is the shy one. He acts like a brother to Cole. Howie idolizes Billie Joe. He also likes Gina.
