Toshiki is adjusting to civilian life. Yumi want to get closer to him. She wants to marry him. Her parents are cool with it. Toshiki doesn't know how to deal with all of this. But somehting about Yumi seems familiar. Toshiki can't put his finger on it. Still this is the only security he has. If Don would cut him some slack...

Volume Three

The new year is here. Yumi is still pursing Toshiki. He doesn't know how to handle it. But why does she look like her? Meanwhile, more of Toshiki's past comes to light. Everyone embraces him. Everyone except for Don. What exactly is his problem? Why doesn't he like Toshiki so much? There might be a story to that.

Volume Four

The new year is here. It is now 1995. Yumi wants to get closer to Toshiki. He's still trying to figure her out. Meanwhile, she and him keep getting pulled into other people's drama. Yumi is waiitng for Toshiki to say yes. Yes to marrying her. He is still unsure. Her parents seem cool with it. Yumi is slowly losing her patience. What will it take to get Toshiki to say yes?

Volume Five

Winter in the New Year. There's nothing like it. Yumi is going  to give it her all. She is determined to marry Toshiki at all costs. But why? Toshiki tries to get to know Yumi on a personal level. Meanwhile, more people keep popping up in their lives. First, there is the Ito Family. Then there's Mami. It just keeps piling up. Can Yumi catch a break?

Volume Six

It's Valentine's Day. Yumi is going all out for Toshiki. She's made him chocolate and got him a surprise gift. Now, she wants an answer. Will Toshiki say yes or turn her down? Meanwhile, Mami and Akita want to win Don's heart but he has eyes for someone else. Sadly, she does not notice him. Still, he won't quit and neither will Mami and Akita. The love keeps spreading around.

Volume Seven

Spring is coming. This is Yumi's last year of junior high. She tries to get closer to Toshiki. Meanwhile, he tries to remember a past love before he went off to war. He only has a face. Not a name or a face. However, his search could cause damage to his bond with Yumi. But he has to know the truth. Will it be worth it?

Volume Eight

Connections are being made. Some good. Some not so good. Yumi might be making some progress. The mystery with Toshiki only deepens. Little triggers pop up everywhere. Toshiki begins remember his past as he gets closer to Yumi. However, that could tear them apart in the progress. Meanwhile, Miyukizi steps up for Don's affection.

Volume Nine

Toshiki has messed up. He just had to tell Yumi his theory. She's upset bit not for the reason that he thinks. What he doesn't know is that he woke up something inside of Yumi. Now, Momma is going to have to step in and fix it. What is she hiding? What happened to Toshiki's old girlfriend? The couple is about to get answers and they might not like them.

Volume Ten

Times are changing. Not always for the better. Tragedy shifts Japan's landscape in a cultural way. Everyone in Toshiki and Yumi's circle can feel it. The difficult times keep rolling in. Still, everyone carries on. That is the best they can do. Maybe thing will get better? If they do, it won't be easy.

Volume Eleven

Fall is here. Toshiki still has questions. Meanwhile, more relationships progress. Miyukizi grows a spine and confesses her love. How will Don take it? Speaking of which, he and Toshiki bond over lonliness. Yumi starts to learn the truth. And still, 1995 brings more changes. Everything can either keep up or get left behind.

Volume Twelve

Winter has arrived. It is everyone's time to make a stand. Toshiki has extended the olive branch. Now, it is up to Yumi to make the first move. She can either fix the relationship or sink it. Meanwhile, Miyukizi and Don have to figure out what comes next. Everyone else is making plans and moving on as 1995 draws to a close. Will love expand all the way to Heaven or crumble and burn away in Hell? It all depends on the answer of one dreamy-eyed girl.
