Today I'll start off early
lotta work to be done.
Have to go from Sunrise
And work till sitting Sun.

Have to cut the grass today
for it's up to ankle high.
Also work inside the house
maybe bake an apple pie.

A spouse on the computer
trying to make ends meet.
Three little kids running around
need shoes upon there feet.

Washing the cloths we wear
and hang them out to dry.
Then off to the grocery store
I've got a lotta food to buy.

So if you see me on the road
please don't get in my way.
Cause I have so much to do
Just don't have time for play.
