Pecans and Mushrooms
Wild Rice Stuffing

INGREDIENTS:
2 boxes of
Uncle Ben's Wild Rice mix
(with seasoning pk.)
2 tbls Butter
1 can mushrooms
1.2 cup pecans

Directions:
Add butter while cooking
follow directions on box
After rice is cooked
Add 1/2 cup pecans
1 can mushrooms
Add to the turkey cavity
and bake turkey
or serve with any chicken dish,
as a side dish.
