Artichoke Balls

Ingredients:

2 cans artichoke hearts
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Drain artichoke hearts and mince finely.
Combine with remaining ingredients
until mixture can be molded into small balls.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen.
