Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
2 boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
cooking oil 1/4 cup
2 cans yellow whole corn
1/2 pound mild cheddar cheese

Directions:
mix muffin mix, follow directions on box
add 2 cans corn
Add chunked cheddar cheese into the mixture
Add shredded cheddar on top

Bake at 350 degrees for
about 30 to 45 minutes
