-Gavin O'Neill
Wandering through the silent halls of my mind I
stop at a locked door, wondering what I'll find Slowy,
shaking I reach out without a sound To look back now I'm
amazed by what I found Inside this secret door in my
head I saw all the things you once said To my discontent
the memories wasted no time In generating the
recollections of your horrid crime My secret room was
meant to stay secret The reason is; I was hoping to
forget But something drew me to it against my will I
don't know who ordered my downfall, but I'm paying the
bill I gasped for air as the door creaked open My eyes
tried to adjust to the darkness but something was broken
A moment later I began to see But what I saw shouldn't
have been in me The clandestine chamber was rapidly
decaying The stench was fearful and the was constantly
swaying I turned on my heel to exit but never made it
out Through the bleakness of the room I saw my
self-doubt This room was part of my soul and it made me
shiver In a corner I saw all my past tears had formed a
river Frozen from the melancholy surrondings I hugged
myself to stay sane In my secret chamber I found that
all my forgotten sorrows remain
