<html> <!--Generated by Angelfire: L03S00--> <head> <title>Massacre at Columbine High</title> </head> <body bgcolor="#1e90ff" text="#00ffff" link="#ff1493" alink="#800080" vlink="#ff00ff"> <basefont size="3"> <div align="center"> <!--Header--> <h1 align="center">Massacre at Columbine High</h1> <!--EndHeader--> <!--MyInfo--> <p><br> <p> <!--EndMyInfo--> <!--Freetext--><b>This is one of the first poems I wrote. <br><br> </b>They never thought you'd do it,<br> What you threatened all along.<br> But when you finally did it,<br> They knew you saw no wrong.<br> You laughed as you were killing them,<br> You sat and heard them cry.<br> You listened as they begged for life,<br> As others watched them die.<br> With all the bombs their lives you signed,<br> You thought you did it for revenge.<br> The paramedics came to help,<br> But they weren't prepared for the pain they felt.<br> You took us all by surprise,<br> By killing yourself and those you despised.<br> And now their families grieve with pain,<br> They never knew you were insane.<br> All there is left is horrific shock,<br> While your classmates are buried under layers of rock.<br> Devastation is what the whole nation feels,<br> They'll never know how anyone heals,<br> The pain and hurting they feel inside,<br> You'll never know all the tears they cried.<br> Now that they're in Heaven,<br> Their pain is forever gone.<br> But here on Earth the memory of them all,<br> Will live on.<br><br> <i>Dedicated to those who were killed or hurt at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado on April 20, 1999. Also to their families. My heart goes out to them all.
