What Is A Mother?

Everyone has a biological mom,
It is true I know.
But sometimes those biological moms
are not the mom we have.
Some are moms that we have not chosen,
Some are moms we have,
To have a mom to really care, that is special indeed,
It matters not you carry her blood within your viens,
She loves you just the same,
She showers you with unconditional love
the way that Mary did for Jesus,
The way that Moms who hold their just born child,
It matters not you have her blood,
The tie that bonds is love,
It is fortunate that I am so blessed,
With a mom whose love knows no boundary
She loves me and this I know,
In all the little things she does,
She loves my father, and she loves me Unconditionally.
I hope that I can be just as good a Mom as she,
And now my time has come to be a grandmother too,
I pray I have the unconditional love that she has so much of.
She's my Mom, I am proud to say, there's no Step to it.
