"Merry-Go-Round"
Care to take a trip on the merry-go-round
you can have the black horse with red ribbons
I'll take the gray one with blue eyes
the pipes play their gleeful music
As the horse begin their triumphant march
I am George Washington riding into battle
You are a Southern Belle seeking her lost love
next time around I will be Paul Revere
You will transform into Calamity Jane
the horses gallop faster each time around
The people blur, then form a sea of color
the children begin to scream
As I grip the reigns tighter
I cannot help but to think of being trampled on
I glance over to you and see you smile
while breathing in the cool night air
Your face locks security over my body
I ride heavy into the plains
The horses begin to tire, I can feel it
the sea of color turns into a blur, then people
The adventures of Paul and Calamity comes to an end
But our venturous lives continue on
