Words on the Vahazayi
The Vahazayi Phoenixes and their world are © 1996- to Melissa Hartman. Their distinct likenesses and actions thereof are the product of nearly a decade of intense evolution.
You may NOT:
- Create a Vahazayi Phoenix to use as your own personal character without my direct written permission.
- Create a race with same-sounding name as the Vahazayi or Tarazayi, the Ice-Phoenix counterparts.
- Pass off any art with the likeness of a Vahazayi or Tarazayi as your own creation. (I have placed several distinct characteristics into these that are readily identifiable.)
- Insert the Vahazayi into any published work without my expressed permission.
You MAY:
- Draw a Vahazayi, as long as proper credit is due and you do not intend to use it as a personal character for anything. (In this case, I'd like to see it. ^^)
- Discuss the Vahazayi in a work, with my permission and proper credit.
