I Just Don't Want To Go To School
'I just don't want to go to school,
I want to play.....so there.... !
For no one will be friends with me,
The children just don't care.'
'They won't let me play Netball,
Or twirl a skipping-rope,
I'd love a game of Football,
But, no, there's not a hope.'
'The Bullies always pick on me,
I haven't got a friend;
Oh, Mum, please say I've got a Cold,
Give me a Note to send.'
"Oh, pull yourself together, dear.
You really should be wiser,
Now run along, and brave them,
You're a Mid-day Supervisor!!!"
