  As I look to the dark night sky, I spot something shining bright. It makes dreams come true if you wish upon it, It’s the very first star of the night. As I look at it, I think of you. The one I love so dear. When I am near you, I feel only love And I know I have nothing to fear. But do you feel the same? Do you think of me? I don’t know the answer; I wish you would see. See all of the love, I have in my heart, I feel so much pain, When we are apart. I wish I was yours, Even just for one day. I wish I could tell you, I wish there was a way. I want to say I love you. And let my feelings show. The pain is so intense, I want to let you know. My feelings are strong, And so hard to hide. If only you knew, How many times I’ve cried.
