Kingdom Of Illusions
Phoenix Lee Wright 2001
For it was not the death of sun
But the rise of moon where kingdoms
Lie, for the blood of swords fear my
Flesh and bare as words
Within simple
skies.
For my eyes, my souls at justice
It's liberty with in it's fate, crowns
Of eternity rattle the mountains bones
Above heavens stars within the hands of
Saints. laureates breathe still as knights,
For every Lord fears upon there sight,
Be it the claws of the dragon, where his
Soul has gone to light.
To fly in heavens
Sought, the kingdoms dawn of immortal
Holders of the key, art thou not enter
Unto thee, to lock the door of kings and
Queens grant God give the brightest star
The height of heaven to my eyes, sunrise
Upon my nights, between the light of day
Return to the royal hour within it's earth.
Every sky is a poet, for it's wind is poetry
Wandering in your blindness. giving you life to
See, for we are the princes of the new world,
Midnight past, to morning glory, stars to
Leagues of sunlight, swords to pen and ink
And golden leaves of old parchment, between
Our hands and dawn we tell our minds to day.
