Seeing Her Is Everywhere
Phoenix Lee Wright 2001
Countless to the eye viewed
The daily avenues pursued
As often as precious gems
Investing in the softest look
I could find,
Compensates me with the gift
Of your beauty when seen
Through the portraits of
Your mind.
My thoughts are rich as full
To see, safe to tell which bares
a
Rose, a moment’s heard your
name,
Dock the moon in ports over
Sentimental seas, drifting your
Simple spirit upon heavens below,
Will overflow and brush the sky
When whispers learn the plains.
