Dear Lord, I stumble, I need Your strength.
I need You, Lord to help me go the length.
You know, Jesus, I cannot do it alone.
When I try, I can't even find my way home.
I am weak, Lord, of body and of mind.
I need You, Lord, for without You I find
There is nothing worth anything this day,
And without You I cannot find my way.
You know, Lord, the sinner I have been.
Where my thoughts and desires take me when
I strike out on my own and leave You behind.
How far down I can go and that I fly blind.
Lord, when I fall, You are there to lift me up.
You help me walk where I need and fill my cup.
My focus stayed on You, Jesus, will help me
To walk the walk I talk and will set me free.
Freedom to let those I love go their own way.
Freedom to find truth for which we all pray.
Freedom to receive Your wonderful love and grace.
Freedom to follow Your lead and look upon Your face.
With this freedom comes a responsibility,
Therefor I know I must work diligently
To ensure the Word continues in my life.
So others are free and ready when You arrive.
