~Magical Dawn~

A cloaked figure walks the beaten track along the forest clearing  following the sound of a trickling  stream.  In the shadows cast by the ancient oaks she stops for rest placing her hands on the ground feeling the earth's energy greeting her with a static pulse.

She gathers up sheaves of the golden wheat, a gift from Mother earth to make her first meal at dawn pausing on a moment of reflection as she stands still in time.

Now in the seated position she closes her eyes as her wishes before her come into her mind.  In prayerful thought and gratitude for Mother Earth she takes one of the wheat sheaves charged with love and casts it into the wind.  Scooped up by Mother Nature along with her prayers, the wheat sheaf scatters in the four winds to become one with the earth.

With time shifting thoughts she drifts back through the centuries to a dark distant time, crowds are gathering as an unjust persecution is taking it's toll.  Memories of great sadness become very clear from this long distant age, a reminder from a bad time where lessons were learned.  With intuitive perception of a rebirth of soul, times have moved on now from what they once were.

Life is now a golden harvest to be clasped by both hands in opportunity that goes beyond the wildest of dreams.

She breaks out in chant:

I give thanks to you Earth Mother....can you hear my prayer?

I give thanks to you Earth Mother.... I hear you calling me.

I am one with the four winds.

I receive your blessing, I am at peace.

Opening her eyes she sees a Magical Dawn, the sun is rising upon the horizon with colours of yellow that pierce deep into her soul.

Looking back at the sun in an entranced gaze she knows it bore witness to life times once lived.  Acknowledging the sun God's wisdom she picks up the wheat sheaves and heads home with her soul healed.
