BREAKOUT OF TOTAL NEOFS BY MONTH & LOCATION
Representation of turn-ins reported to be NEOF and how they compared to other installations over a six-month period. Fort Hood has consistently turned in the highest NEOF quantities, followed by Fort Carson with Fort Irwin and Fort Knox trailing. However, the current trend indicates a decline in the number of NEOFs found beginning in July. (Based on 77 percent of the Total NEOFs reported were from Fort Hood in June versus the 22 percent reported in July from that same installation.)
PERCENTAGE OF NEOFS BY LOCATION AND MONTH
Further representation of turn-ins found to be NEOF by percentage of total NEOFs. The decline in NEOFs turned-in from Hood was approximately 48 percent over a 90-day period. However, an increase at Fort Knox in July by over 50 percent could be associated with their minimal turn-ins both in March and April.
TOTAL # OF NEOFS REPORTED VS TOTAL TURN INS TO TAP AND NEOF %
Quick glance at the quantity of material received into the TAP facility and the percentage/quantity of that material that was found to be NEOF.
Total Fort Hood NEOFs -vs- Total Fort Hood Turn-Ins
Installation breakout per month of the total number of assets turned into the TAP facility and the quantities of turn-ins that were actually NEOF. Fort Hood remains in first place on the volume of NEOFs found, followed by Fort Carson, then Fort Knox and subsequently Fort Irwin. Further data could change the placement, but it is highly unlikely. Other data suggest the increase in NEOFs found could be directly related to upcoming post and national holidays.
