A man has discovered the legend and is attempting to bring the three bird Pokemon together. Antother part of the legend says the summoning of Lugia will destroy the world! Ash, Brock, Misty, and Pikachu must stop this man from achieving his goal before it's too late. It's a race against time itself as Ash and the others wonder if their next breath will be their last....
Revolution Lugia is not yet out in America. It has debuted in Japan and no body knows if it will even come out in America. If it does, it'll probably be out by Winter of 2000
