Now then, you want to catch the amazing Blue(Snubbull) in your yellow Pokémon game. I can see why, this would be a great reason for any Pokémon master to brag to their friends.
First, you need to be just about to fight Lance of the Elite Four (it doesn't matter how many times you have beaten the Elite Four). Now surf onto the statues in front of him and you will be able to get into the spaces you couldn't walk to.
When you go in front of one of the statues you will be able to hit "A" to look at the writing on the statue and when you do you will battle Blue(Snubbull). Now if you have a master ball you can catch him.
Just think if you have an army of Blues(Snubbulls) you could defeat just about anyone!!
