Must be...

• A Pokemon/Anime site
• At least 50% done
• No Hentai, Bad language

  (Keep it mild, this is also a network for young people too)

• Can't be a Maxpages or Expage site. (No offense, but not very many people like those kind of sites)
• And one of the network's buttons must be viewed on the site and linked back BEFORE you join.
