16's Got The Inside Scoop On TV's Newest Boy Band!
By now, if you haven't caught MTV's first made for television movie 2gether then you are out of the loop for sure! 2gether is the story of the formation of a boy band by Bob Buss. Bob wants to find five guys who will take over the music world and also prove that he's got the magic touch when it comes to putting together groups. Poor Bob got majorly dissed by his first band creation, Whoa! and won't let that happen again.
After such a huge response to the two-hour 2gether movie and the fact that their CD was flying off the shelf, MTV decided to give these five talented guys their own TV series! We've been getting tons of requests for more 2gether info so here it is and be sure to tune in for more.
EVAN FARMER!
Blue-eyed Evan, plays the "heartthrob" of the group-Jerry O'Keefe. Before joining the cast of 2gether, Evan had small parts on soap operas and even had a small voice part on MTV's Daria. Yes, that really is Evan sining all those solos during the movie and on the album. He even co-wrote "You're My Baby Girl" with Nigel Dick for the 2gether soundtrack! You can catch him next in the movie Shaft!
NOAH BASTIAN!
You may recognize Noah from his role of Aaron in the Disney Channel original movie Johnny Tsunami but his role as the sweet and silly Chad Linus is certain to make him a household name. Noah is certainly a little more together than his 2gether character-which makes him all the more lovable! Fans will be thrilled to know that this cutie is single and still looking for that sweet girl to melt his own heart! Awww!
ALEX SOLOWITZ!
He may play the rough and tough Mickey Parke on TV but in real life, Alex is a total sweetheart! Like the rest of the group, this guy's singing is totally real and he's so talented that the word on the street is he may soon be getting a record deal of his own. How's that for quick stardom? You may have also spotted Alex in the movie Never Been Kissed with Drew Barrymore. Stay tune to 16 for more on this cutie.
KEVIN FARLEY!
Before his role in 2gether as Doug Linus, Chad's older domineering brothe, Kevin's claim to flame was his real life brother-the late Saturday Night Live star, Chris Farley. But Kevin has certainly come into his own, with a role in Adam Sandler's The Waterboy and a geust appearance on That 70s Show. Though he may be the oldest guy in 2gether, Kevin has certainly proved he's got comedic chops and a singing voice to boot.
MICHAEL CUCCIONE!
At 15, Michael is the youngest member of the group as is his character, Jason "Q.T." McKnight. Michael is a survivor in the truest sense of the world. He is a two-time cancer survivor of Hodgkin's Disease and has even formed the Michael Cuccione Foundation to help other kids like him. The Web Site at www.makingadifference.org, tells Michael's story and even offers a CD and book that Michael says, "Comes from my heart to yours." All proceeds from the items go directly to cancer research.
