subject: yeah, i'm free as a bird!

Okay, the title of this entry is rather cheesy...but hey, I am SO bored right now and summer hasn't even officially started! What am I going to do with 3 whole homework-less months?! And this summer, for the first time, I'll have NO REQUIRED SUMMER READING! I just have way too much time in my hand right now.

For the past three days, I basically did nothing productive but shopping. Though to me nothing is more fun than shopping, I do have to admit there are sacrifices, like getting blisters on my feet. But still, I live for shopping! LOL

The other day at GAP, I got a very pretty, sky-blue, turtle-neck sweater..and guess how much I paid for it?? $1.99!!! Can you believe it? I know, that's ridiculous! Surely I don't need any more sweaters, but hey, $1.99, it would be a sin not to be forgiven if I didn't get it! And lately, besides the shoes, I am obsessed with scarves...so I got like 5! Oh, don't you love clearance sale?!

And today, I went to Target. This is rather funny, since I have only been to Target like three times in my entire life and never bought any clothes there. But today, I actually bought not one, but four pieces of articles there! Target really does have some cute stuffs at pretty low prices. Now, I can say I am a fan of Target. You know which store I cannot stand? Old Navy! Despite its popularity, that place has NOTHING...everything is so common, not to mention it is so freaking cold inside that store. I literally have to wear a sweater when I shop there. Anyway, as a fashion tip from me, BUY YOUR WINTER CLOTHES IN THE SUMMER! That sure is gonna save you a buttload of money! Right now, I am just hoping the apartment I'll be moving in at USC has a BIG closet...or maybe I'll just pay my roommate for half of her closet space! LOL

Oh, my friend Yan came over today. Her birthday is a day before mine, so we exchanged gifts. She baked the most yummy cheese cake for me...I wish I could be as talented as she is when it comes to cooking! Seriously, I don't know what I'm gonna do when I go to college...I sure can't go out to eat every day. I gotta learn how to cook. So if anyone has some easy, fast recipes, please contact me so I won't starve to death next year!
