Dear Mr. Graden,

I am Joanna from the officially authorized Evan Farmer fan site, located at www.evanfarmer.cc. I have organized this online petition (see http://www.petitiononline.com/1983/ for signature validation) on behalf of "2Gether" fans everywhere. It has been brought to our attention that MTV is having doubts about the future of "2gether: the series.” Although it is understood that no plans about the show have been finalized, we the fans are aware that there is a very definite possibility that MTV might cancel "2gether" and give up on the group entirely.

"2Gether" has come a long way since the original vision that MTV had for it. The original film and soundtrack were so popular that you gave the green light for other projects that we are all grateful for: "2Gether: the series," the group's second recording "2Gether: Again," videos, and concerts. It would be a shame if you let this blossoming franchise come to a halt after only a handful of episodes. "2Gether" is no longer the parody that it was created to be. It brings us multiple smiles, much laughter, enjoyable music, and has also helped raise awareness of issues that concern us all, such as Evan Farmer's support for the Komen breast cancer foundation and Michael Cuccione's own brave struggle with cancer. If the channel decides to keep shows like "Jackass" and "Undressed" this year, it has every reason to renew "2Gether: the series."

We are all utterly devastated at the passing of our friend Michael Cuccione, and we all know he can never be replaced (nor would we want him to be). However, we feel he would have wanted the series to go on. Evan, Noah, Alex, and Kevin have already proven to us that they can do an excellent job in Michael's absence, and they will continue to excel if given the opportunity. When this petition was started, we had no idea of the gravity of Michael's condition. In the week following the tragic news about him, this petition garnered over 2,000 additional signatures, positive proof that the fans still support "2Gether" and want the group to continue entertaining them in the near future.

On behalf of "2Gether" fans everywhere, please take this petition and the above information into consideration when making the important announcement that could be, in the hearts and minds of 2Gether's multitude of fans and supporters, either the worst mistake or the very best decision that MTV has ever made. We, the fans, are hopeful you will make the right choice. Thank you.

Very respectfully,

Joanna
