Once a client has made the decision to commission a portrait, an agreement is prepared. The agreement will specify the number of subjects, size, price, and other details that the client and the artist agree should be included. Upon signing, a deposit of fifty percent of the total price is required. Discussions regarding clothing, setting, and other relevant details will then prepare the client for a photography session. A photography session is scheduled and the subjects are photographed. The artist and client review these photographs together and a basis photograph is chosen for the painted portrait. Upon completion of the portrait, delivery arrangements are made with the client. Upon final approval, the remaining fifty percent is due. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
