This will be Coach York's
20th year also coaching High School baseball. Another job he finds extremely rewarding,
even though it's more of a hobby than a job. "It's great to be able to coach a sport
you love. To work with players as they develop their skills through hard work and
dedication." One of the coach's favorite sayings that can be heard on the diamond
is......... "It takes no talent to hustle". A philosophy he hopes his players learn to
utilize in all aspects of their life and also carry it long into adulthood. Coach York is extremely excited about the 2001 baseball season. He has a wonderful and hard working group of players, not to mention a wealth of talent in which to pick from. If the preseason is any indication this team should have some great team chemistry for the 2001 season. |
