As a sophomore last year Ricky played shortstop the entire season and did a tremendous job as he only committing two errors all year.  Ricky has all around talent; he has quickness, intelligence, baseball savvy as well as great fundamentals. Look for the double play combination of Ricky and Kyle to turn a few this year. 

Ricky was asked to lead off for a majority of the season last year and did a wonderful job.  He has a great eye for the strike zone and a very scrappy hitter.  Ricky is also a big help to his teammates and is willing to give advice to help them get better.

Ricky will be seeing time on the mound this year for the Panthers.   He has great control and will give the team a chance to win every time he takes the mound.  Ricky lettered in soccer and basketball for the Panthers this year.  He is also involved in several other school activities.
